Teller Supervisor - Carbondale Main
Under the direction of the Vice President/Branch Manager is responsible for supervising the activities of the Teller Department to ensure that customers are provided with accurate information and courteous, efficient customer service. This position also maintains money supply in vault along with requiring general knowledge of bank operations, personnel policies and various departmental policies. Moderate amount of independent judgment required under minimum supervision.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four plus years of job related experience
- Good interpersonal, supervisory and customer service skills
