This position is responsible for preparing and processing all necessary documents for residential loans including purchase money and refinancing; answer customer inquiries; file required legal documents with appropriate government departments along with maintaining mortgage loan document files.
This position is at our Carbondale Main location, 301 East Main, Carbondale, IL.
Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one yearof job related experience
- Knowledge of loan terminology, the loan process and loan documentation a plus
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
