Retail Documentation Specialist
Under the direction of the Vice President of Retail Services & Delivery is responsible for verifying accuracy and validity of documentation, account setup, and maintenance for all deposit accounts. Serving as the deposit account subject matter specialist, this individual will provide daily support to the Retail team.
Education and Skills
- Demonstrated experience in Deposit Services products and prcesses; 1 - 2 years Personal Banking preferred
- Excellent knowledge of financial institution operations, procedures and retail products
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work flow, multi-task, and work in a team environment
- Ability to identify, problem solve and exercise good judgment with respect to daily issues as they arise
- Understand of banking regulations and Federal Reserve rules/regulations, as well as Bank policy as relates to Deposits.
