Loan Compliance/Community Reinvestment Officer

Under the direction of the Chief Risk Officer the Loan Compliance/Community Reinvestment Officer is responsible for overseeing the for the compliance of laws and regulations as they apply to the financial institution. This position provides management with information to accurately determine the bank's extent of compliance. Participates in various committees, audits and examinations. Conducts staff training related to loan compliance programs. Advises the Board of Directors, Senior Management and Bank personnel of emerging compliance issues and consults and guides the Bank in the establishment of controls to mitigate risks. In general, this position is responsible for identifying risks and internal control weaknesses and proposing solutions to bank management.
