IT Support Staff
Under the direction of the Information Technology Administrator is responsible for performing all PC and related equipment, service and support activities.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all computer setups and installations.
- Assist in installing packaged software systems and applications.
- Diagnose and assist in the resolution of needed PC repairs.
- Responds to user trouble shooting calls regarding network, hardware and software issues.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Skills Required
- Experience in PC maintenance and repair a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexiable schedules with occasional overtime
- Excellent problem solving
