IT Support Staff

Under the direction of the Information Technology Administrator is responsible for performing all PC and related equipment, service and support activities.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Responsible for all computer setups and installations.
  2. Assist in installing packaged software systems and applications.
  3. Diagnose and assist in the resolution of needed PC repairs.
  4. Responds to user trouble shooting calls regarding network, hardware and software issues.
  5. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills Required

  • Experience in PC maintenance and repair a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexiable schedules with occasional overtime
  • Excellent problem solving
