REPORTS TO:                     Vice President Retail Services & Delivery

Under the direction of the Vice President of Retail Services & Delivery is responsible for improving the organization's market position and achieve financial growth.  This position builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals along with opening various financial products for new and existing customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Promote and actively market, with outside calling efforts, the bank's products and services to the professional community.
2. Maintain detailed knowledge of deposit and non-deposit products by studying product information sheets, bulletins and updates by attending periodic training sessions.
3. Prepare appropriate signature cards and supporting documents.
4. Follow up on all inquiries, arrangements and details as agreed upon with customers as part of the account opening process.
5. Refer new and renewal loans to appropriate lender.
6. Build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities and maintain extensive knowledge of current market trends.
7. Grow and retain existing customer base by presenting new solutions and services.
8. Schedule regular client meetings to discuss performance and identify client needs.
9. Demonstrate a high level of customer service and flexibility.
10. Perform on-site installation, training and set-up for Remote Deposit Capture and Merchant Card Processing.

MARGINAL RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Develop and maintain prospect calling reports.
2. Perform annual on-site audits to all Remote Deposit.
3. Perform annual audits on business ACH in person, by telephone or email depending on risk level.
4. Work directly with E Banking Specialist to problem shoot technical issues and set-up of new business products.
5. Referral tracking for merchant card processing services and credit card processing for employee incentives and provide report to Vice President Retail Services & Delivery.

 Education and Skills Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or consumer-related studies, or equivalent work experience

Seven plus years of Personal Banking experience

Excellent knowledge of financial institution operations, procedures and retail products

Public speaking skills
