Job Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President/Branch Management, the Branch Manager is responsible for scheduling, supervising, training and coordinating the activities of the Branch to assure that customers are provided with accurate information and courteous, efficient service in regards to customer and Bank transactions. Increase new customer base as well as expand existing customer relations per goals established by management along with maintaining deposit, profit, and expense goals. This position is also actively working as a teller, assisting with account opening and maintenance, responding to customer inquiries, opening and closing of the branch, managing and staff development.
