Administrative Assistant to CEO
The successful candidate will perform administrative duties for the Chief Executive Officer with integrity and confidentiality. This individual will serve as a liasion between outside vendors regarding administrative issues. This individual will also prepare agenda for meetings, manage and upload documents to the Board portal, assemble data and other information, perform computation and tabulation for special reports and other documents. The successful candidate will also handle Shareholder relations along with promoting business for the bank by maintaining excellent customer service along with other duties as necessary.
The ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Two or more years of job related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
- Knowledge of basic accounting or bookkeeping
- Excellent computer knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
